Your Role
- •Own AI compliance end-to-end at Nordholm Financial
- •Risk-classify new ML systems before they ship
- •Make sure the engineers building them understand what "compliant" means in practice
- •Report directly to the Head of Legal, work hands-on with engineering, not from a distance

- •Run risk assessments for AI systems under the EU AI Act and flag GDPR overlap early
- •Keep internal AI governance policies current as regulation and product both move
- •Partner with tech teams during development, not just at sign-off
- •Train internal stakeholders so compliance isn't a one-person bottleneck
- •Track regulatory developments and translate them into concrete next steps
Your Profile
- •3+ years in compliance or legal, ideally with exposure to ML/AI systems
- •Comfortable working directly with technical teams, not just reviewing documents
- •CIPP/E or similar certification is a plus, not a requirement
- •Fluent English; German helpful for internal stakeholder work
