AI Transparency at ComplianceHub
ComplianceHub provides precise niche jobs in the EU AI Act, AI Governance and Compliance space. We believe trust is built through transparency. That is why we disclose where and how we use Artificial Intelligence.
Note: This transparency text was created using the ComplianceHub AI Governance Hiring Signal our own self-assessment tool under the EU AI Act.
1. Job Classification (rule-based)
What happens: Scraped job postings are automatically classified into Tier 1/2/3 and role families (e.g. AI Governance, Legal Tech) using keyword and regex patterns.
No AI systemThe classification is deterministic and fully traceable. Every classification is visible and manually correctable.
2. AI-assisted text generation
What happens: A Large Language Model (LLM) generates structured premium job descriptions from raw data (title, company, description).
Generative AI - low risk- AI-generated texts are labelled as such
- Every generated text is manually reviewed by us before publication (human-in-the-loop)
- The approval process is documented and traceable
- No automated decisions about applicants or job postings
3. Hiring Pulse (Statistics)
What happens: Aggregated market analysis based on collected job postings. Pure statistics, no AI.
No AI systemWhat we do NOT do
- We do not automatically assess or reject applicants
- We do not create candidate profiles without their knowledge
- We do not make fully automated decisions about individuals
- We do not use AI for scoring, ranking or aptitude diagnostics
- We do not release generated texts without review
Data Protection and Compliance
- All AI processing is based on the GDPR
- No personal data is fed into public AI models
- Logging of all AI generations (timestamp, job, model, reviewer) is active
- Our standards and processes are regularly reviewed for EU AI Act compliance
